Nigerian singer and songwriter Fido has returned with a new single, For Me, as he continues to build momentum around his growing music catalogue.

Released as his latest offering, the song follows his recent single Friends With Benefits (F.W.B) and marks another step in the Oosha Records artiste’s romance-driven sound.

On For Me, Fido focuses on love, loyalty and the feeling of choosing one person above everyone else. Rather than leaning heavily into dramatic storytelling, the singer keeps things simple and intimate, delivering a song built around warm melodies, mid-tempo Afrobeats rhythms and his laid-back vocal style.

The track finds Fido in familiar territory. His music has increasingly leaned towards themes of love and relationships, a style that has helped him connect with listeners looking for songs that capture everyday emotions without overcomplicating them.

His growing catalogue includes his debut EP Olayemi and singles such as Lungu and I Miss You Die. He has also featured on songs by established Nigerian acts, including Wande Coal’s Sure For Me and Iyanya’s Sorry.
