SJ OdiOlowo Chairman’s Cup Finalists Sealed

The SJ OdiOlowo Chairman’s Cup (OCC) witnessed weeks of unmatched aura and competitive football across five categories at the Jide Sanwo-Olu Arena, Ilupeju, OdiOlowo Ojuwoye LCDA.
Ten teams secured their place at the final of the SJ OdiOlowo Chairman’s Cup after getting past the gruelling group stage and competitive semifinal matches.
Women Category
Defending champions, Ghetto Tigers Ladies conquered Wazbak Queens 4-2 via penalty shootout after both sides played a 1-1 draw at the end of regulation time. While Unification Ladies pounds DreamStar Ladies 5-1 in the second semifinal.
Ghetto Tigers Ladies will face Unification Ladies in the final which is a repeat of the 2025 final where the OdiOlowo Ojuwoye Ladies emerged victorious 6-5 through penalty shootout.
Over 200 goals have been scored in sixth edition of the SJ OCC which includes the group stage and semifinal games across the five categories excluding the final that’s expected to be on Monday, September 7 at the Jide Sanwo-Olu Arena, OdiOlowo Ojuwoye LCDA.
U8 Category Semifinal
FC Phoenix ascertained their dominance in the U8 category as they inflicted defeat on Evergreen FA 3-1 to qualify for the semifinal of the foremost grassroots football tournament in Lagos State.
Better Tomorrow crushed Varsity FA 4-1 with a dominant performance across all board.
U13 Category Semifinal
Mighty Warriors FA took Ajibade FA to the cleaners with a thumping 4-1 win to book a place in the final.
HB Utility triumphed against Ghetto Tigers 3-1 through penalty shootout after playing an entertaining 2-2 draw in full-time.
U15 Category Semifinal
Ghetto Tigers took their pound of the flesh against Varsity FA in the U15 with an emphatic 3-1 win in the penalty shootout after both sides played a 1-1 stalemate in full-time.
Hakade 2020 walloped Rainbow 4-0 to setup an enticing final against Ghetto Tigers.
U19 Category Semifinal
Ghetto Tigers humiliated Strong Dove FA with a 4-1 win, while Unification FA held their nerves to get a commanding 5-2 win against Oskay International.
