2Baba Describes Marriage to Natasha Osawaru as ‘Trouble’

Nigerian music star Innocent Idibia, popularly known as 2Baba, has publicly addressed reports of a marital crisis between him and his wife, Natasha Osawaru, describing the situation as “trouble.”
The singer spoke about the issue during his performance at the Daddy Showkey 50 Years on Stage concert on Sunday, August 9, 2026, days after a reported confrontation involving Natasha at an Abuja nightclub where he was scheduled to perform.
2Baba, who had previously remained largely silent over the reports surrounding his marriage, appeared to acknowledge the difficulties in the relationship while speaking to the audience.
“Going forward ehh, I don decide not to dey look for trouble again. I don go look for trouble, I don hear am,” he said.
His comment came after reports that Natasha had visited a newly opened Abuja nightclub where 2Baba was performing and allegedly demanded to see the singer.
Videos from the incident circulated widely on social media, with reports claiming that Natasha arrived at the venue with some individuals while trying to gain access to her husband.
The reported incident came weeks after claims that 2Baba had left their residence and allegedly blocked Natasha from contacting him.
The development also followed reports that the singer unfollowed Natasha on Instagram and reconnected with his former wife, Annie Idibia, on the platform.
During his performance, a concertgoer attempted to describe the situation between 2Baba and Natasha as an expression of love.
“Na love now,” the fan said.
2Baba, however, rejected the description, responding, “Na love? You dey craze.”
His remarks have further fueled public interest in the state of his marriage to Natasha, although the singer did not provide details about what led to the reported disagreement or clarify the current status of their relationship.
