Davido Calls $50,000 Wedding Debt Allegations “Crazy”

Nigerian Afrobeat superstar Davido has reacted to claims that he owes $50,000 to his wedding planner, calling the allegations “crazy.”
The singer shared his response on Sunday evening after Funke Bucknor-Obruthe, CEO of the company reportedly in charge of Davido and Chioma’s wedding, called him out over the alleged unpaid debt.
Reports and social media posts included screenshots of a chat where the event planner allegedly threatened legal action over the matter.
Taking to X, Davido dismissed the claims, tagging the situation as “crazy.” He wrote, “This is just crazy atp (at this point).”
The post quickly drew reactions from fans and social media users, many weighing in on the drama between the music star and the wedding planner.
