Bode said he’s glad that his company Vintage Powercare Limited is the headline sponsor of the 15th edition of the age long tournament which has brought together youths in the community.

He believes the purpose of the partnership is to foresee the competition gaining new heights in the future.

“I feel very good to be in partnership with the Ilupeju All Stars. This is part of our yearly corporate social responsibility to always try and support the community to bring the youths together and let’s play football.

“Luckily for us, we are the defending champions and this year we decided to take it to another level by partnering with the coordinators and doing the needful on what’s to be done in terms of sportsmanship.”

Engr Bode further revealed as a brand, they are not after any gain from the competition but rather creating an enabling environment to rekindle childhood memories.

“We are not about the money or profit of the competition as a brand, we are just trying to give back to the society. We are just trying to engage people and most of them are childhood friends that we have known each other for over 25 years.
