Following reports on the condition of classroom facilities, the chairman directed the immediate procurement and distribution of new whiteboards to 14 public primary schools within the LCDA. The move, according to him, is aimed at enhancing the teaching and learning experience and ensuring that pupils are equipped with the right environment to learn effectively.

This latest intervention comes alongside the distribution of exercise books and stationery to pupils and students across the LCDA. Representing the Chairman during the distribution, the Chief of Staff, Mr Rasaq Ojikutu, explained that the initiative was part of the administration’s ongoing educational support programme, designed to complement the efforts of parents and teachers while motivating pupils to excel academically.

Ojikutu reaffirmed that education remains a key pillar of the RBK-led administration, emphasising the Council’s commitment to improving learning outcomes through infrastructure upgrades, provision of learning materials, and welfare support for both teachers and students.

Teachers, school heads, and pupils expressed their gratitude for the Council’s continuous investment in education, describing it as a clear demonstration of the Chairman’s dedication to child development and community advancement.

Over the past months, the Lekki LCDA administration has implemented several impactful projects in the education sector, including the provision of school buses, renovation and construction of classrooms, and regular supply of instructional materials.

With these consistent strides, the RBK-led administration continues to reaffirm its vision of making Lekki LCDA a model for quality basic education and youth empowerment in Lagos State.
