WAFA Reveals Super 8 Date

The Women Accredited Football Academies (WAFA) have disclosed the date and venue for their 2025 Super 8 playoffs competition which is used to determine the League winner of the 2024/2025 season.
The WAFA Super 8 has been scheduled to take place at the Dipo Dina Stadium, Ijebu Ode from September 28 till October 5 2025.
The League organizers setup arrival for the clubs on Sunday, September 28 while hostilities will kickoff on Monday.
STM Doves, Victory Queens, Wazbak Queens, CATS Ladies, SGH Amazons, MJV FA, Royaltoms Queens and Ijamido Queens are the eight participating clubs in the competition.
Chairman of the WAFA League, Adeboye Shoneye is optimistic that the grassroots women’s football competition will be keenly contested among the eight clubs who he believes merited their positions in the Super 8.
He urged all the clubs to abide by the rules set by the organizers and wished them all the best in their pursuit for the crown of WAFA League.
CATS Ladies won the previous edition of the WAFA League which was hosted at the Remo Stars Stadium, Ikenne.
