Back to School: Alimosho LG Pledges Continued Support for Pupils and Schools

The Chairman of Alimosho Local Government has warmly welcomed pupils back to school following the long holiday, urging them to embrace learning with dedication and focus.
In his message to students across the council area, he described education as the “key to success” and a powerful tool for transformation, stressing that pupils should see schooling as a pathway to becoming future leaders in their chosen fields.
“Be intentional, focused, and dedicated in pursuing your academic and career goals. I have unwavering faith in your potential and will continue to support and believe in you,” he said.
Reaffirming the council’s commitment to education, the chairman assured parents and pupils that the local government will keep investing in infrastructure, resources, and programmes that promote learning, innovation, and growth.
He encouraged pupils to make the most of the new academic year by asking questions, exploring their interests, and developing their skills, adding that hard work combined with government support would bring “remarkable results.”
“This academic year presents an opportunity for productivity and fulfilment. Together, we can make it count,” he concluded.
