Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, on Friday commissioned a series of developmental projects in Agboyi-Ketu and Bariga Local Council Development Areas (LCDAs), reaffirming his administration’s commitment to grassroots infrastructure and community growth.

The projects, facilitated by Hon. Dele Osinowo and Hon. Kolade Alabi, reflect a strategic investment in education, healthcare, technology, and road infrastructure.

In Agboyi-Ketu LCDA, Governor Sanwo-Olu inaugurated the Otunba Bushura Alebiosu Multipurpose Building, a new primary school, an ICT hub, the Oba Taiwo Adesegun Lamina Sports Centre, and four newly completed roads.

The commissioning in Bariga LCDA was even more extensive, featuring 21 roads, three primary schools, five primary health centres, a fire station, and a legislative chamber.

Sanwo-Olu pledged continued support for all 57 local councils in Lagos State, urging council chairmen to govern with autonomy, transparency, and responsibility.

Addressing residents, the Governor reminded them that the new facilities belong to the people and called for collective efforts to maintain and preserve them.

Governor Sanwo-Olu reaffirmed his administration’s vision of building “a Lagos that works for all,” noting that grassroots development remains central to his governance agenda.
