The Senior Special Adviser to Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu on Information, Tourism and Special Works in Badagry West LCDA, Hon. Solomon Zosu has urged the state government to orientate tourism staff across the state on their expected duties in their various departments.
Zosu said the programme should be organized as a form of retreat where accounts on the development of tourism centres in Lagos State will be showcased as a form of check and balance for the staff to uplift the state’s tourism.
He advised that the programme will bring an increased internally generated revenue (IGR) for the government at the grassroots.
He noted that a detailed job description should also be made clear to all staff members for the better assumption of office.
He, therefore, appreciated Sanwo-Olu for creating the department at the local government level in the State.
