As part of his agenda, the newly elected state chairman of the Nigerian Automobile Technician Association (NATA), Comrade Morufu Egberongbe, has prioritised database management to grow the association.

While presenting a 4-point agenda  on comprehensive database management, membership welfare, constant publicity and proper house management to the members, he emphasised the need for the database management, saying it is critical to the growth of any organisation.

For proper execution of his agenda, Egberongbe said he would set up committees to handle each programme.

According to him, setting up committees would afford more members the opportunity to be part of decision making and have sense of belonging.

As earlier promised, Egberongbe said members from Oshodi-Isolo would be given sensitive posts to direct the affairs of the association for fast growth.

Egberongbe also called on his contender at the poll, Comr. Adekunle Yekeen, to co-operate and work with him for the development of the association.

He said Yekeen’s experience as former secretary of the association is highly needed to move the association forward.

He appealed to him to put the election to the past and support his administration.

He also urged other elected executive members of the association to be up and doing and work in harmony with him.

According to him, the association cannot grow without unity among the members, saying he is looking up to the key principal to be successful during his tenure.
