The chairman of Lagos Mainland Local Government, Mrs. Omolola Essien has assured the Mainlanders of hope for the year 2023.
She commended community members for holding high the image that foster goodwill and generosity towards those in need, despite the challenges in the year 2022.
She stated that #BATSHE 23 #RENEWEDHOPE  remain the collective work to be done come February 25, 2023 to vote for Asiwaju Tinubu to be the next president of Federal Republic of Nigeria.
According to her, year 2022 has not been exciting for the Mainlanders, Lagosians, Nigeria and the world at large as unprecedented inflations such as high cost of living, tightening financial condition, economic inequality and others crept in.
She noted that despite the rough year, the local government witnessed substantial progress in the last couple of months and hoped it will be a year of progress ahead.
She reiterated that the enthusiasm of the people will continually remain her great asset.
She sincerely appreciated the honour given to continue serving the people of Mainland and looks forward to opportunity that lie ahead in 2023.
