Rotary, Isolo LCDA organise free medical mission for residents

Rotary Club of Isolo in conjunction with Isolo Local Council Development Area (LCDA) organized a two-day medical mission to militate against health challenges of residents of the council area.
The free medical mission which was part of the Rotary Family Health Days 2018 was a two-day health programme that involved the screening and examination of residents for various health issues.
The two-day medical event ran from 18th – 19th October, 2018 at the council premises. The free screening included HIV Testing, Hepatitis B&C, Diabetes & Glucose Level Screening, Hypertension, Tuberclosis Screening and Polio Immunization.
Others included Nutrition and Mental Health Services, Vitamin A&B Administration, De-worming for Children, Malaria Screening and Treatment, Cervical/Postrate Cancer Screening and Eye Cataract Test and Treatment.
