Railway Corridor: Agege LG Serves Illegal Occupiers Removal Notice

The Chairman of Agege Local Government, Mr. Ganiyu Kola Egunjobi, along with government officials and security agencies, issued a 5-day notice to illegal traders and occupiers along the Agege Railway corridors.
Despite previous attempts to sensitize them, the occupiers did not respond, leading to this urgent action.
The Chairman emphasized the importance of the notification due to safety concerns posed by the new railway line construction and the commitment to protecting the lives of Agege residents.
The Lagos RRS representative, CSP Yinka Egbeyemi, made it clear that the state government will take strict enforcement measures after the 5-day period.
