He described Obe as a man who is focused on an all-round development of Ejigbo LCDA.

“The giant strides of Obe can be seen and felt in areas of Infrastructural Development, Health sector, Education, Empowerment, Agriculture & Social Services, etc. At the moment, Kashimawo Alimi Street beside NNPC bus stop is being rehabilitated. The project which commenced recently would be completed and commissioned before this year runs out. This would ease the pressure and greatly reduce traffic gridlock at Jakande Gate. Dauda Ilo Road in Ejigbo and Junction Road in Oke-Afa are also under rehabilitation, while Adebayo Oyelana has been rehabilitated and is now in good motorable condition.”

The vice chairman made the declaration while receiving award on behalf of the chairman as the Life Grand Patron of the Nigeria Automobile Technicians Association (NATA) Ejigbo branch.

The award, according to the association, was in recognition of Obe’s selfless service to the people of Ejigbo, and his numerous contributions towards the progress of NATA Ejigbo Chapter.
