Obe expresses gratitude to supporters over successful screening exercise

The incumbent chairman of Ejigbo LCDA, Hon. Monsurudeen Bello (Obe), has acknowledged the supports given to him by the residents of Ejigbo as he was certified qualified by the APC Screening Committee to contest for the party’s ticket during the primary election slated to hold on Saturday.

While expressing gratitude to God Almighty for guiding him, Obe emphasised that the supports of the resident were the basis of his success at the screening.

The aspirant appraised his supporters in a chat with ECHONEWS after the result of the screening exercise was released on Tuesday.

He also commended the Screening Committee for exercise devoid of fraud.

According to him, the screening result indicated that the committee truly worked to ensure every aspirant passed through a free and fair screening process by doing a thorough search to whatever document each aspirant presented.

While urging the party members who will vote during the primary election election to be peaceful, Obe appealed to all aspirants to see the result of the election in the spirit of sportsmanship by going to the drawing board to realign their politics and the local government at large.

He also appealed to the party members to come out in mass for the primaries as he pledged to continue to uphold the integrity of selflessness which he is known for.
