Nigeria biggest women’s football advocate and Soccer Queens Boss, Moses Bako has urged all football stakeholders and enthusiasts to support Delta Queens at the Wafu B Champions League.
Delta Queens is Nigeria’s sole representative at the Wafu B Champions League after winning the NWFL Premiership.
Bako pleads for support to be given to Delta Queens because they are representing Nigeria. He said the same support accorded to Bayelsa Queens and Rivers Angels should also be given to Delta Queens at the tournament.
The Soccer Queens Boss is however certain the club will perform beyond expectations and emerge champions of the regional showpiece qualifiers.
“I want us to rally round and give our support to Delta Queens in the Wafu B Champions League. They are our only representative and them doing well is a pride for us in Nigeria,” Bako told ECHONEWS exclusively.
“The way we gave support to Rivers Angels and Bayelsa Queens in the past is the way we should rally round Delta Queens to make us proud at the tournament.
“I’m sure they will do us proud and represent Nigeria well. They have a formidable squad and with the support of Nigerians, Delta Queens will be victorious.”
