LWC Executive Director, Taiwo, Defies Rains To Assess Mosan-Okunola, Abesan Waterworks

Following the successful completion of inspection of water facilities across the state by the Lagos Water Corporation Managing Director/CEO, Engr. Mukhtaar Temitope Tijani, the Corporation’s Executive Director, Operations, Engr. Helen Omolanke Taiwo today, Friday 22nd September defied the early morning rain, on assessment of ongoing work at Mosan Okunola, Abesan Waterworks.

Head Public Affairs unit of the corporation, Mrs. Kehinde Fashola said in a statement.

She says that this development is in preparation of the testing of the 2Million Gallons per Day (MGD) plant towards commencement of Operations soon.

Mosan Okunola Waterworks has been facing some challenges hindering her performance to produce and supply water to Abesan and adjoining communities of Lagos State.

The Executive Director, Operations was accompanied by the LWC Director Production, Engr. Agiri Mustapha.

Since assumption of office on the 12th July 2023, Engr. Mukhtaar Tijani led administration has been demonstrating unwavering dedication and commitment to ensuring that LWC Waterworks facilities are strengthened for improved service delivery to the State’s residents.
