Imo Strikers Management Engages Players On Vocational Skills

Fresh from winning the second edition of the Ifeanyi Chiejine Memorial Cup (ICMC), high flying Imo Strikers Queens have engaged their players on vocational skills to broaden their knowledge on making money through other ventures.

The empowerment programme started on December 19 and ended on Thursday, December 28.

The major things that the players were taught are, baking of cakes, meat pie, chin chin, and other numerous things.

The founder and chairman of Imo Strikers Queens, Prince Chidi said the purpose of the vocational skills training is to empower the players with knowledge of other ventures that can fetch them money later in life or in their career.

He attributed the success at the Ifeanyi Chiejine Memorial Cup to the unity and team work of the players and the coach’s tactical input.
