Fusion Football Championship: Charlesann defeat Ajuwa FC 2-0

Charlesann FC beat archrival Ajuwa FC 2-0 in the week 8th of the Fusion Football Championship.

Topping the goal poachers list in the Fusion Football Championship, Itodo Mandela scored his tenth goal of the league campaign by giving his side the lead while tricky winger Akeem Agbaje cemented the win for Charlesann FC with an astonishing goal to drive the fans in a frenzy mood.

The first half did not record any goal as both teams showed their attacking prowess and great defending acumen to finish the first half on a stalemate.

The second half started on a brighter note for Charlesann FC as they took the lead through a swinging header from Itodo Mandela in what marked his tenth goal of the league campaign, thereby, topped the highest goal scorer chart of the Fusion Football Championship.

Charlesann continued to apply pressure on their opponent defense line as they chased for the winning goal of the game.

Charlesann FC winger, Akeem Agbaje scored a mouthwatering goal to give his side a two-goal lead by beating series of Ajuwa FC players before finding the top corner of the goal net with a left footed strike which sent the spectators clapping in admiration of the goal.

Ajuwa FC had some chances to score a goal in the encounter but they could not as they lost 2-0 to Charlesann FC.
