CDC donates newsletter to Obe as campaign material

Community Development Committee (CDC), Ejigbo headed by Prince Jelili Atiku, on Thursday, donated 500 copies of its newsletter to the All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate in the forthcoming local council election, Hon. Monsuru Bello (Obe) as campaign material.

According to the committee, the newsletter contains the various achievements of the candidate in his first term in office which could be accessed by electorate to form their opinion on whom to vote for.

Speaking while presenting the copies, the CDC Secretary, Barr. Bimbo Olawale, stated that majority of the community members have pledged to vote for Obe and his vice in the forthcoming election.

She explained that the essence of disbursing the newsletter to Obe is to ensure easy accessibility of his achievements in the community as contained in the newsletter by the residents when carrying out campaign tours.

She, therefore, charged party loyalists to continue to be steadfast towards achieving their goal in the forthcoming election which she said could only be achieved through unity.
