APC Primaries: Ajayi concedes defeat, congratulates Obe

The opposition aspirant of the All Progressive Congress APC chairmanship position of Ejigbo LCDA who doubles as the Special Adviser to Lagos state Governor on political matters,

Hon. Peter Ajayi, a chairmanship aspirant who contested with the incumbent chairman of Ejigbo LCDA, during the last All Progressives Congress (APC) party primary election, has conceded defeat and congratulated the winner of the primary election, Hon. Monsuru Bello (Obe).

In his congratulatory mesaage, Ajayi sad he felicitates with Obe, “the party’s choice for the coveted chairmanship ticket for Ejigbo Local Council Development Area.”

According to him, the success of Obe stipulates his destined time to rule while declaring full support for the part candidate.

“I join good people of Ejigbo LCDA to congratulate Alhaji Monsuru Bello Obe on his emergence following the party’s decision that all the incumbent chairmen be allowed to return. I sincerely wish to state unequivocally that there is time for everything. The time for rivalry is over. This is the time to eschew petty differences and face the task of rebuilding our beloved municipality, Ejigbo LCDA. We can do more, if we forget the past. The future is very bright for Ejigbo but we must face the future with the heart of love.”

He, therefore, directed his campaign team, Peter Ajayi Campaign Team to divert its support to Obe and work toward his success in the forthcoming local government election.
