Nigerian comedian and content creator Samuel Perry, popularly known as Broda Shaggi, has returned to social media months after he was reportedly shot while filming at Sango Ota Bridge in Ogun State.
The skit maker, who had been absent from social media since March 2026, broke his silence in an emotional video shared on his Instagram page late Tuesday.
In the video, Broda Shaggi disclosed that the incident occurred on March 9, describing it as “a day in my life I wished never happened.”
He also shared a short clip showing him being rushed to a hospital with a gunshot injury and visible blood stains.
The development follows reports of the shooting that surfaced online on March 13 and raised concerns among his fans about his health and whereabouts.
The Lagos State Police Command had earlier confirmed that the incident was reported by a private hospital in the Alakuko area of Lagos, where the entertainer was initially taken for treatment.
Broda Shaggi said he would provide further details about the shooting to the public on Wednesday.
His return has drawn attention from fans who have been awaiting updates on his condition since his disappearance from social media.
