U20 Women’s World Cup: Aduku Expose Players Status Ahead Of Colombia Clash

Nigeria U20 women’s national team gaffer, Moses Aduku has explained players status and expectations ahead of their quarter final clash against Colombia at the FIFA U20 Women’s World Cup in Poland.

The Falconets will trade tackles with the Las Cafeteras at the Stadion Miejski LKS Lodz, Poland on Sunday, September 20.

Aware of the huge expectations placed on the team ahead of the crunchy tie, Aduku confirmed the players have an unflinching dedication towards their quarter final match.

He said the Falconets are prepared for the task ahead while they chase a semifinal spot.

“The girls are focused and they are ready for the next game, which is the quarter-finals,” Aduku said.

The last time the Falconets reached the semifinal of the mundial was in 2014 where they reached the final before losing to Germany 1-0 after extra time.
