About the Job

The Sales Officer will support PalmPay’s customer acquisition efforts by identifying potential customers and introducing them to available loan products.

The role is primarily field-based, requiring the successful candidate to engage prospective customers in markets, shops and other business locations. The officer will explain loan products, assist interested customers with the application and onboarding process, and maintain relationships with customers throughout the process.

The position also requires the successful candidate to work towards daily and weekly loan-disbursement targets.

Key Responsibilities

The Sales Officer will be responsible for:

• Identifying and approaching prospective customers in assigned locations.
• Promoting Flexi MFB loan products to individuals and small businesses.
• Explaining loan products, features and benefits to prospective customers.
• Guiding customers through the loan application and onboarding process.
• Following up with prospective customers to support successful onboarding.
