Multiple Scholarship Winner, LASU First-Class Graduate Emerges as ‘Greatest Head of Class’
LAGOS — Scholar Anjorin Abdulwarith Adeniyi, a multiple scholarship recipient and First-Class graduate of Lagos State University (LASU), has been celebrated for his outstanding academic performance, leadership, moral influence and contribution to student development.
Adeniyi, who holds a Bachelor of Science Education (B.Sc.Ed) in Science and Technology Education, Biology Unit, graduated from LASU with First Class Honours and a remarkable CGPA of 4.52/5.00.
His undergraduate journey was marked by a string of academic and leadership achievements. He was a three-time recipient of the Ikorodu Division Peace Initiative Limited (IDPIL) Scholarship, a Bet9ja Foundation Scholarship Awardee and a two-time Lagos State Board Scholarship Awardee.
Beyond his academic accomplishments, Adeniyi served as Executive of An Excel Mind and Director of Studies, Imota Student Union. He was also honoured as a NAIDS-LASU Honourable and served as Head of Class of the Evolutionary Elites, Class of 2025.
He is a TRCN-certified teacher and was supervised by Emeritus Professor Peter Akinsola Okebukola, OFR, further highlighting his academic exposure and commitment to education.
Described by admirers as a model of academic excellence and positive student leadership, Adeniyi’s impact has extended beyond the classroom, earning him recognition for his moral and emotional influence among his peers.
