The Chairman of Lekki Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Rasaki Bamidele Kasali, has lauded the Dangote Group for its continued investment in education and youth development within the Lekki axis.

Kasali gave the commendation during his attendance at the Dangote Holistic Education Intervention Programme (HEIP) held in Ibeju-Lekki, where hundreds of students from host communities benefitted from scholarships and educational support.

The event featured the 6th edition of the Dangote Scholarship Award Programme, which saw a total of 442 students—comprising 410 secondary school students and 32 tertiary students—receive scholarships aimed at supporting their academic pursuits.

In addition, over 3,700 pupils across selected primary and secondary schools in the benefiting communities were provided with educational materials, including school bags, uniforms, and sandals.
