Mexico Appoints Planet Projects CEO Otunola as Lagos Consul
Abuja, Nigeria — The Embassy of Mexico in Nigeria has formally announced the appointment of Engr. Biodun Otunola, CEO of Planet Projects Limited, as the Mexican Consul to Lagos State.
The milestone appointment was unveiled on Monday during celebrations marking Mexico’s National Day at the embassy grounds in Sunrise Hills Estate, Abuja.
The colourful event drew dignitaries from across government and business, including Mr. Bayo Onanuga, Special Adviser to the President, and Hon. Kehinde Bamigbetan, Special Adviser to the Minister of Solid Minerals Development.
Otunola, who leads Planet Projects, a firm known for its infrastructure development and urban mobility projects is expected to strengthen bilateral relations and deepen economic and cultural ties between Mexico and Lagos.
