2024 NSF: Team Lagos Progresses In Volleyball, Handball, Basketball

The Lagos female volleyball team, led by Coach Taiwo Oladipupo, secured a convincing victory over Nasarawa in their second match at the 22nd National Sports Festival.

According to Oladipupo, the team stuck to tactical instructions and maintained control from the outset, showing improved consistency.

He noted that correcting errors from their first match significantly raised their performance level, leading to a straight-sets victory over Kaduna.

Meanwhile, Team Lagos also impressed in basketball, stunning Oyo with a 55-46 victory at the Alake Sports Centre.

The male handball team continued their strong showing, defeating Osun 29-18 after narrowly edging Sokoto 25-24 in their opening game.
