Edo State FA, FCAAN Join Forces To Elevate Coaches Technical Knowledge

The Edo State Football Association (ESFA) have joined forces with Football Coaches Association for African Nations (FCAAN) to elevate coaches technical knowledge of football.
This innovative and collaborative partnership centered on mentoring coaches in the Edo State FA Youth League and enhancing their knowledge of the game.
CEO of FCAAN, Mr Danny Nazzal reeld out the expanded opportunities that awaits the coaches with modern day practice and comprehensive training.
The FCAAN boss said it gives room for the coaches to increase their credibility and professionalism in the game and avail them trust from clients.
He added that the FCAAN certification will create career advancement opportunities to work with top sport teams and organizations while targeting higher earnings and personal growth.
“This partnership provides the coaches with enhanced skills and knowledge which deals with modern day practice with comprehensive training.
“The FCAAN certification will provide the coaches increased credibility and professionalism in handling their job and this in turn gives the coaches competitive advantage and trust from clients.
“The FCAAN certification will create career advancement with expanded opportunities to work with top sport organizations and higher earnings potential. It provides an avenue for the coaches to network while focusing on personal growth and improved communication.”
According to the ESFA, the coaches would undergo capacity building workshops focusing on modern coaching methodologies, tactics and development strategies. Experienced coaches would be understudied by the Edo State FA Youth League coaches for prompt knowledge and guidance to succeed.
The coaches would be trained on tactical, technical aspect of the game while creating an avenue to access FCAAN certifications and accredited opportunities.
