Afro-Pop star, Damini Ogulu, popularly known as Burna Boy, has established a football academy in Lagos.
The musical magnate said that the initiative is targeted towards contributing to the development of football in Nigeria and Africa.
Videos of the academy’s facilities and activities has recently gone viral leading to football and music lovers lauding the singer’s initiative.
The academy in a structured training program will operate thrice a week, offering a two-hour training sessions on each of the days.
The initiative which also has centres in Port Harcourt and Abuja centers attention in two age groups – junior boys between ages 4-15 and ages 16-21 for the senior side.
Training locations in Lagos are in Ikoyi, Surulere.
