The third edition of the Owo Unity Cup is set to ignite the passion of football fans as eight clubs prepare to battle it out for glory.
The tournament, organized by MS Success promotion, is scheduled to take place at Eko Boys High School, Mushin, Lagos, starting from August 6th.
The brainchild of the competition is Australia-based philanthropist, Mr. Owolabi Badara as he aims to give back to the community where he grew up.
The tournament serves as a platform for grassroots football development, offering young talents an opportunity to showcase their skills and compete at a higher level.
Musbau Oseni, the chief organizer, has assured all participating teams of fair treatment throughout the competition. He emphasized the importance of sportsmanship and urged the teams to make the most of this platform.
The draws for the tournament will be conducted on Tuesday, July 30th, at 4 pm, determining the initial matchups for the competing clubs. As the tournament approaches, anticipation grows among football enthusiasts in the community.
