Lagos Assembly member representing Mushin constituency II, Mr. Olayinka Kazeem has distributed school bags and books to all primary schools in Mushin Local Government.

About 300 students from 50 primary schools in his constituency, Mushin II, who were beneficiaries of the Back to School Bundle Support 2.0, attended the ceremony held within Layi Oyekanmi elementary School on Idowu Omolodun Street, Ilasamaja, Mushin.

Speaking at the event, Kazeem, the Chairman of the House Committee on Lands in the assembly reaffirmed his dedication to serving his constituency with diligence and working to mitigate the impact of the removal of fuel subsidies by promoting the educational advancement of the pupils.

“You are starting an exciting journey of learning and discovering new things, it’s important to know that when you face tough challenges, you can learn from them and become better. I was a student like you years back in this local government and I had my primary, secondary education here in Mushin and became who I’m today because of my determination.”

“Stay focused, explore new areas in your study, and ask for help from experienced folks. Your unique ideas and hard work can change Mushin and the globe for the better. Keep trying new things, keep asking questions and believe in the impact you can make. The world is eager to hear your ideas. Enjoy the journey, because it has lots of great opportunities” he concluded.
