The chairman of Odi-Olowo Ojuwoye LCDA, Honorable Rasaq Ajala led residents to embark on a walk for harmony and prosperity to prepare for the Grassroots Sport Fiesta.
The health walk which was led by the council chairman had the APC party faithfuls, youths, working class, business owners, market chieftains and traders in attendance with a mammoth crowd.
The walk for harmony and prosperity started from the Odi-Olowo Ojuwoye LCDA headquarters and ended at the Anikulapo area office on Saturday, November 11.
November 13 (Monday) and 14 (Tuesday) have been penciled for the collection of forms for all interested teams and players at the Agric department of Odi-Olowo Ojuwoye LCDA.
While the forms must be submitted by Wednesday till Friday, November 17.
The second edition of the Odi-Olowo Ojuwoye LCDA Sport Fiesta have been categorized into different sport, like street soccer, boxing, draughts, ayo olopon (Ancient traditional board game) and 52 card games.
The Sport Fiesta will see over 50 participants engaged in the community games which is one of it kind in Lagos State.
