Nigeria forward, Victor Osimhen returned to his goal scoring form as Napoli defeats Apollon Limassol 2-0 in a friendly encounter at the Castel di Sangro training ground.
The Super Eagles striker picked up a knock that was feared to be a heavy injury but the forward have been able to shrug it off to returning back to form for the Partenopei.
Osimhen put Napoli ahead before the hour mark following a fantastic assist from Matihas Olivera.
With 19 minutes to the end of the encounter, Juan Jesus setup a through ball for Giovanni Simeone to meet by defeating the offside trap to double the Partenopei lead.
Osimhen has now found the back of the net thrice in two preseason matches.
The Serie A champions will begin the defense of their title when the league starts on August 19 with an away game to Frosinone.
