SGH Sport Academy emerges champions of the ABAT Unity Cup free age category.

The Godly Boys defeated Saviour All Stars 3-0 in the penalty shootout after the game finished at 1-1 draw at regulation time.

SGH Sport Academy took the lead early on in the first half to take the driver’s seat of the game.

Despite taking the lead to the break, the Godly Boys started the second half as the more enterprising side and dictated possession.

A costly mistake from the SGH Sport Academy backline brought Saviour All Stars back to the game at 1-1.

The hero of the match was the goalkeeper of SGH Sport Academy, Popoola Sheriff who stood tall and brought his penalty saving skills to play as he saved the three spot kicks of Saviour All Stars to create the pathway for his side to emerge the winners of the ABAT Unity Cup in style.
