The president-elect, Bola Tinubu has urged voters in Saturday’s governorship and house of assembly elections to be peaceful.
He made the call shortly after he cast his vote at his polling unit on Kafi Street, Alausa Ikeja.
Tinubu who dressed in brown kaftan and a pink customised cap with the logo of broken chains also shared photos of him voting on his Instagram page.
He captioned, “I just joined other Nigerians in exercising my civic duty in the ongoing governorship and state assembly elections. I encourage you all to go out and vote peacefully.
