The 3rd edition of Ate’s Cup will start on October 28th at LSDPC estate sport complex, Isolo.
The tournament which is one of the most famous cup competition in Lagos will see top teams square up against each other to claim the trophy of the prestigious tournament.
A total of 20 clubs will lock horns in the tournament as 16 clubs will qualify to the knockout phase.
During the draws, the organizers told the clubs representatives that the laws of the game will be followed and they won’t tolerate any act of violence from the clubs fans in the competition.
In Group A, we Home FC, King FC, Isolo Connect and Oloke FC.
Group B has Oshodi FC, Legend FA, Sanyaolu FC and General FC.
The Group C consist of Muab FC, Original FC, Sesemi Boys and Khaleed FC.
Group D is sealed up with Golden FC, 20 Twelve FC, Rich Base FC and Omotonso FC.
Group E is regarded as the group of death because of the top teams like Banson FC, Okeyson FC, Jago FC and Senpe FC that make up the group.
A total of 1.5 million naira is up for grabs as the winner goes home with N800,000 , 2nd goes home with N500,000 and the 3rd goes home with N200,000.
There will also be individual awards and prizes that will be up for grabs in the tournament.
