Moonluck FC smashed Emiloju FC 6-1 at legacy pitch, national stadium Surulere.
The game was an interesting one as both teams boast of quality, promising and technically gifted players.
It was a game where Emiloju FC did the playing and Moonluck FC did the scoring.
The first half was a decent one from both sides and a goal from Moonluck FC separated both sides at the end of the first 45 minutes.
The second half recorded 6 goals, 5 from Moonluck FC and 1 from Emiloju FC.
Moonluck ran riot in the second half by scoring goals in quick succession and taking advantage of the defensive mistakes from their opponent.
The second half was a fascinating one as both teams were more direct in their play but the players of Emiloju FC romanced the ball too much and played more of individual play instead of teamwork.
While Moonluck FC were more direct in their game, and mostly hit Emiloju FC on the counterattack.
