SGH Sports Academy Amazons will clinch top honor at Daff Ibarapa Sport Festival – Club Chairman

SGH Sports Academy Amazons are ready to take on any team in the Daff Ibarapa Sport Festival as they believe, they have a very bright chance to emerge champions of the competition after winning the Olori Sandra Female Football Challenge earlier this year.

Speaking with ECHONEWS, SGH Sports Academy Amazons club chairman, Temitayo Sharafadeen Bakare said the team morale is high at the moment and believes the team is fully prepared to win the competition.

“Our chances are very bright to clinch top honor in the tournament.

“We participated in previous edition and we are fully ready to fight for top honor in this edition coupled with our preparations, since beginning of the year by winning the Olori Sandra Female Football Challenge and also getting to last four of Olori Hadijat tournament in Igando lagos so we are confidence of giving our best in Ibarapa.

“As you are aware, women football need constant involvement and participation to keep the girls physically fit so I believe it will contribute positively to the club and will be a continuous developmental process of the team to face the tasks ahead.”
