Eight teams will challenge for the supreme crown of the Fusion Football Championship. Those 8 teams finished as the best 8 teams of the tournament and will slug it out at the Legacy pitch, national stadium, Surulere, Lagos.
The 8 teams are, Ajuwa FA, Box2Box FC, G12 FC, Dannaz FC, FC Bethel Int’l, The Charlessan FC, North York FC and B E Arena FA.
The super 8 will commence on the 17th of February at Legacy pitch, national stadium Surulere, with teams drawn in group A and B.
Speaking with ECHONEWS, the chairman of the Fusion Football Championship, Alhaji Salaudeen Abiodun stated that scouts from Europe have arrived the country to pick the best legs among the players.
“According to how it was planned before the league started last year, the super cup will be played between the best 8 teams of the league drawn into two groups and the top team in each group proceed to play in the final.
“Several plans are on ground to give man of the match for each games and also scouts are coming from Spain and Portugal to pick extremely quality talents.”
