Ejigbo Council Election: APC candidate, Larry commends voters for peaceful exercise

The All Progressives Congress (APC) councillorship candidate in Ilamoshe Ward of Ejigbo LCDA, Hon. Olanrewaju Akinbowale (Larry), has commended the electorate for peaceful conduct at the polls.
Akinbowale gave the commendation after casting his vote at his polling unit 002 in Ilamoshe Ward at association avenue, Ejigbo as he observed the peaceful atmosphere and conduct exhibited by the electorate.
Speaking with ECHONEWS, the councillorship candidate expressed his confidence in winning the election, citing his achievements in his first term as reference that would give him upper hand in the ongoing election.
“I facilitated public primary school in Ilamoshe ward, construction of roads, drainages and empowered members of my constituents which includes scholarship to some students of the ward. If elected, I will empower one person on a monthly basis till the end of my second tenure to put smiles on the faces of members of my ward.
“So far, the election has been orderly and people have been yearning for the change in their society and they came out in their large numbers to vote which is commendable.
“I am very sure of emerging victorious because we have done our work and have done our best by engaging both the youths and the elders. I run an open door policy by interacting with members of my constituency. I am very optimistic of emerging victorious.”
