MS Success FC crowned champions of Extra Quality Ramadan Cup

MS Success FC defeated Diadem Stallion FC 4-2 in penalty shootout to emerge champions of the inaugural edition of the Extra Quality Ramadan Cup.

Both teams played a 2-2 draw at full time leading to penalty shootout to settle the fascinating encounter.

MS Success FC came out as eventual winner by showing their clinical prowess in the penalty shootout.

Diadem Stallion FC also justified their comeback King title after coming back from a goal down twice in the match to settle for a draw.

MS Success FC took the lead in the first half after their player beat the central defender of Diadem Stallion to find the back of the net by sending the goalie the wrong way.

Diadem Stallion FC maintained their composure and discipline in the game and equalised minutes later.

Substitute Anthony Ndubusi scored in the 60th minute to restore the lead of MS Success FC.

Diadem Stallion FC made their mark by leveling the scores for the second time in the game.

The game was dragged to the penalty shootout by both teams.

Diadem Stallion FC failed to hit the net in their first two attempts which eliminated them.

MS Success FC had 100 percent success rate in the penalty shootout, which contributed to their winning of the competition.

Coach of the winning side, Omotayo Orogbemi, while appreciating God for the victory, said his team showed a good fight till the end.

The coach of Diadem Stallion, Ayodeji Adebayo noted that his team gave a good account of their performance in the competition.

Organizer of the competition, Musbahu Oseni appreciated the sponsor of the competition and all participating clubs.
