₦500m to Beat Your Twin: Soso Soberekon Makes Bold Offer to Peter Okoye

Nigerian music executive and businessman, Soso Soberekon, has offered Peter Okoye ₦500 million to face his twin brother, Paul Okoye, in a celebrity boxing match.

Soberekon made the eye-catching offer during Peter’s performance on Sunday night, displaying the proposed deal on his mobile phone while standing among the crowd.

A viral video from the event showed Soberekon raising his phone towards Peter, with a message on the screen reading: “₦500 Million Naira to fight your twin in a boxing match.”

The offer comes amid the long-running dispute between Peter and Paul, formerly known together as the Afrobeats duo P-Square.

The feud between the brothers has included public disagreements over their music business and financial affairs.

Peter had previously accused Paul and their elder brother, Jude Okoye, of allegedly diverting music royalties, claims that have contributed to the bitter public fallout within the family.

While Soberekon’s offer appears to be framed as a boxing challenge, the timing has drawn attention because of the brothers’ highly publicised disagreements.
