Why our viewing centre project delayed – Ogunmefun

The Youth Leader of the All Progressive Congress (APC), Ejigbo LCDA, Hon. Jide Ogunmefun has explained that insufficient fund was the major reason delaying their viewing centre project.

Ogunmefun, while addressing the other youth members at the party Secretariat, explained that the N400,000 given to them by the Council Chairman, Hon. Monsuru Bello, to execute the business project was not sufficient to complete it.

According to him, after the purchase of two television sets and two decoders, it was discovered that there were more to the project as they needed to cover the side way of the Secretariat against reflections and that they also needed amplifier, speakers and more television sets.

Meanwhile, Ogunmefun, who is a Senior Special Assistant to the Council Chairman, confessed that they could not get more fund from the chairman now due to other pressing commitments of the council.

He therefore appealed to other political office holders to support their project while craving for more youth empowerment interventions.
