Operatives of the Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA) embarked on self help to free traffic by dislodging flood into open drains on main carriage way at Odo Iya-Alaro Bridge inward Ojota, Lagos.
LASTMA Lateef Kabir resulted to this initiative after noticing heavy traffic gridlocks on top of Odo Iya-Alaro Bridge inward Ojota this afternoon.
He was commended by both private and commercial bus drivers for the wonderful and lofty idea.
In a statement issued by the Agency’s Director of Public Affairs and Enlightenment, Adebayo Taofiq, the General Manager of LASTMA, Mr. Bolaji Oreagba called on members of the public particularly motoring public to always comply with directives of traffic officers and adhere to the Lagos State Transport Sector Reform Law, 2018.
