Nigeria player, Muiz Olawale is eyeing a call-up to the U23 national team after an impressive stats in the UAE first division league.
The Masafi FC midfielder has been in a terrific form for his club this season with three goals and eight assists which has made him a fan favourite in the UAE.
He boasts of an eye catchy passes with impressive technical ability which has set him apart from his peers.
The former Victory Ones FA of Lagos player said he has a lifelong dream of playing for Nigeria having watched the likes of Okocha, Mikel, Kanu and others while growing up.
Muiz stated he will put work hard to achieve his aim of donning the colors of the Super Eagles.
“I have a lifelong dream of playing for my beloved fatherland Nigeria, I grew up watching the likes of Okocha, Kanu, Mikel Obi, and in recent times Wilfred Ndidi, Alex Iwobi and Victor Osimhen and I have been inspired to follow in their footsteps.
“As a young boy growing up in Nigeria, I have always wanted to play for my country because seeing the Super Eagles playing brought joy to my heart and I know I have what it takes to also play for my country.
“I follow the team and I support them very well especially at the last Nations Cup, I will do all my best to ensure I fulfil the dream of playing for the team, I am working hard to improve and also play well for my club I know one day the opportunity will come.”
The 22 year old has been the major talking point in the UAE first division league with his breathtaking performances and elegant display.
