U15 Robert Memorial Cup: Stallion Star Forward, Oyewami Brace Sinks Strong Dove FA

Stallion Star FC kicked off the opening match of the U15 Robert Memorial Cup with an emphatic 2-1 victory against Strong Dove FA at the Igbowu mini pitch, Mushin.

Babatunde Oyewami influential brace lifted Stallion Star FC a statement win in their first encounter of the age grade competition.

Stallion Star dominated the proceedings of the game during while Strong Dove had the most clear cut chances in the first 45 minutes.

Goal poacher, Oyewami has a solo run in the 15th minute of the game as he dazzled past series of opposing players before slotting home the opening goal of the competition.

The second half produced exciting moments as both teams played to their strengths.

Prolific striker, Oyewami scored a brilliant goal by lobbing the ball over the on rushing Strong Dove FA goalkeeper to extend Stallion Star FC lead.

Strong Dove capitalized on poor communication at the defense of Stallion Star FC which gave them their only goal of the game.

Stallion Star FC top group A with three points as they hopes to continue their mesmerizing run in the U15 Robert Memorial Cup.
