Three LASU Alumni Emerge As Senior Advocate Of Nigeria

Three alumni of the Lagos State University, LASU, have made the list of appointees as Senior Advocate of Nigeria, SAN.

The trio join other 84 lawyers in the country on the list.

The institution, making the list for the first time, disclosed the alumni as Boonyamen Lawal, Olasupo John and Oluwolemi Esan.

LASU Vice Chancellor, Professor Ibiyemi Bello, disclosed that the feat which was achieved in a single year is a proof that the alumni have taken the protection in accordance with it’s regulations and are getting it’s dividends.

Also, the Dean of Faculty of Law, Professor Kareem Olatoye, expressed delight on the feat. He extended his well wishes as the trio embark on the journey of greater heights in the profession.

The Legal Practitioners Privileges Committee ,LPPC, confered with the responsibility of appointing lawyers as Senior Advocate Of Nigeria, published the list recently.

The body stated that the swearing in of all 87 appointees will be held on 30th of September.
