Unification Ladies FC have stunned the World of football as they put an end to Robo Queens 14 Years dominance of the Lagos FA Cup.

The majestic feat was achieved after Unification Ladies emerged victorious in a 4-3 penalty shootout after regulation time ended in a barren draw at the Legacy Pitch, national stadium Surulere.

Director of Unification Ladies, Oluwatobi Oyekan described the win as a result of collective responsibility and enormous hard work from the entire team.

He’s delighted with the pride and upliftment the result would have on the team in the future.

Unification Ladies lost 5-0 to Robo Queens at the last Lagos FA Cup semifinal in 2024 but it took a different twist in destiny for the acclaimed Lagos Landladies to be shown the exit door for the first time in 14 years.
